What our fee covers:
24-hour support:
To ensure prompt response for maintenance & repairs, and to show the properties to prospective tenants.
Rent Collection:
Rents are typically due on the first of the month with a 5 day grace period. We collect the rent for you and deposit it to your account within the first 10 days of the month.
Tenant screening:
We utilize a full service screening service to help determine the best candidates for your home. The applicant covers all fees.
Property inspection:
When required, we conduct the appropriate maintenance using in-house qualified repair specialists. This reduces the cost dramatically, and allows us to respond on the same business day.
Maintenance & Repair:
Before new tenants occupy and upon vacating the property, a full inspection is completed.
Cleaning Service:
We will coordinate cleaning services for the home upon vacancy.
Financial Statements:
Statements will be provided monthly with income and expenses. An annual statement will also be provided.
